Description
Kumbilappam, Chakka Kumbulappam is an authentic snack food of Kerala. Its prepared by cooking jackfruit bulb with rice flour, coconut and jaggery. This mixture is then wrapped and steamed in fresh green Edanailla /Bay Leaves /Vazhanayilas shaped into cones (Kumbils).
