Mayil Coconut Oil (Velicchenna) as the name suggests, cold pressed coconut oil is made without any heat. The coconut meat is scooped out and pressed so only pure coconut oil is left. Used in cooking, as almost 90% of its fatty acids are saturated, making it extremely stable at high temperatures.
